There are many reasons why people seek counselling, there is no right or wrong reason for you to wish to attend, you can bring whatever is troubling you and stopping you leading the life you wish to lead. You may not even be aware what is the cause of your unhappiness and what is not working for you. Counselling provides an opportunity to share your concerns with a skilled listener in a safe condifidential environment. Through exploring both past and present experiences you can gain an understanding of the difficulties you are faced with presently. By looking at your relationships with others and your behaviours can help you move through your difficulties to a space which feels more balanced, comfortable and healthy.
